At the Esade Center for Social Impact (ECSI) we are opening a 2-year postdoctoral position to do research on Impact Investing, Social Entrepreneurship, and Impact Measurement.
Candidates should have completed a PhD from a leading academic institution with a solid research training, including qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches, and a sound theoretical preparation in organizational theory and strategic management. A promising pipeline of academic papers is a requirement, and published papers and/or papers under review in top journals are an asset.
The postdoctoral researcher will be expected to devote time to working on and leading ESCI research projects combining academic and practitioner-oriented deliverables, as well as to continue building his/her own academic pipeline.
The job position is based in Esade (Sant Cugat Campus, Barcelona) and it will be starting in September 2021.
