RSM's department of Business-Society ManagementOur department ranks among the best business and society departments in Europe in terms of research productivity and societal impact. The department's research is multi-disciplinary in nature, using a diverse set of theories and methods to study current topics concerning ethical, social and sustainable forms of management and organisation.Faculty members regularly publish in top tier journals such as the Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Science, and Organization Studies. Our faculty members are also actively involved in the academic leadership of scholarly associations (such as IABS, AOM, SAMS, and SMS) and serve on editorial teams and boards of leading journals in the field.
