    The Centre for Social Innovation of Trinity Business School is delighted to invite you to the next event of the virtual Trinity Business Ethics Speaker Series.

    The guest speaker for the upcoming event on Nov 19, 5 pm Dublin time will be Tae Wan Kim, who is associate professor of business ethics at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He is a leading expert in the emerging field of artificial intelligence ethics in business and conducts research at the cutting edge of technological innovation, such as machine learning algorithms. He will speak about the ethical challenges of artificial intelligence with a particular focus on the blackbox problem of AI.

    Dr. John Dong, Professor of Business Analytics at Trinity Business School, will join the event as interdisciplinary discussant. The event will be accompanied by an exclusive music performance by the young piano talent Lysander Burleigh from Germany.

    The series is delivered online and will usually be presented at 5 pm Dublin time on Thursdays throughout the academic year, exploring important contemporary issues in the field of business ethics. Leading international scholars and practitioners will present their insights on a wide range of topics, including corporate sustainability, responsible business, corporate corruption, ethics in a digital age, corporate agency as well as business and human rights.
