Organization and Management Theory OMT

Dear OMTers,

With the many uncertainties due to the pandemic, many of us are trying to make sense of the impact of the crisis on our universities and schools, calling friends and sending emails around.

As the job market season is approaching, we would help the OMT community to share information about how schools around the world are responding to the pandemic in real time. There already are data sources available about the state of the academic job market, but none is specifically focused on OMT jobs. We also lack data on the impact of the crisis on the recruitment of students.

You can click here to contribute to our online collaborative document and let the community know how your school or university is adapting to the current state of the job market. Don't hesitate to edit it, update it when the situation changes, spread it around, and of course use it to plan ahead! We hope this document will help all us to make better sense of the near future.
