The Centre for Social Innovation of Trinity Business School is delighted to invite you to the inaugural event of the virtual Trinity Business Ethics Speaker Series.
The guest speaker at the first event will be Prof. Ed Freeman of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where he is the Elis and Signe Olsson Professor of Business Administration. Prof Freeman will speak about the recently published book, "The Power of And", presenting a conceptual revolution about what it means for business to be responsible. His ground-breaking scholarly contributions on stakeholder management have inspired one of the most influential research streams in business ethics and management science more broadly.

The Dean of Trinity Business School Andrew Burke and the Co-Director of the Trinity Centre for Social Innovation Mary-Lee Rhodes will deliver introductory remarks. The event will be accompanied by an exclusive music performance by the Irish cellist Patrick Dexter.
The series will be delivered online and will usually be presented at 5 pm IST/ 6pm CEST/ 12pm EDT on Thursdays throughout the academic year exploring important contemporary issues in the field of business ethics. Leading international scholars and practitioners will present their insights on a wide range of topics, including corporate sustainability, responsible business, corporate corruption, ethics in a digital age, corporate agency as well as business and human rights.
