    Multiple Open-Rank Faculty Positions in Management & HR

    The Department of Management and Human Resources at HEC Paris is recruiting for multiple tenure-track faculty positions, with planned start dates of Fall 2022. The rank is open, with one of the available positions reserved for a senior candidate.

    We seek applicants with strong doctoral training who are conducting high-quality research in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, or Human Resource Management. Researchers with a micro, meso, or macro orientation are all welcome to apply. Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to publish in top academic journals in management or related disciplines. They will also possess the skills to be effective teachers for our international student body. As courses and campus life are conducted in English, knowledge of French is not required.

    To receive full consideration, please submit a cover letter, CV, research statement, teaching statement, teaching evaluations (if available), and up to three writing samples (including job market paper) by September 10, 2021.
