    Dear  colleagues

I wanted to bring to your notice the latest activities of the Organizational Design Community.

WebinarsODC members enjoy access to a unique annual conference as well as a regular webinar series featuring the latest thinking from researchers and practitioners, and skill development workshops. For the upcoming schedule , please Click

Podcast seriesODC also hosts podcasts on organization design related themes for members. Recently we concluded a 20 part series on Making Remote Work that is free to the world as a public service from ODC. This is a great resource for researchers and teachers with a topic index that points to exact minutes in the podcast where key themes emerge. To access, Click

Journal of Organization Design (JOD) is an official publication of the Organizational Design Community published by Springer, and is a premier outlet for research and thought leadership focused on organization design. Current Chief editors John Joseph (UCI) and Metin Sengul (BC) will shortly be succeed by Brian Wu (Michigan) and Oliver Bauman (SOD). The latest call for papers- Special Issue- "Organizational Design of Resilience in the Face of Unanticipated Global Crisis" can be found here. To read more Click

If your interests seem aligned, I encourage you to join ODC. We try to take a "big tent" approach to study how organizations work, and how we can make them work better - and have no particular disciplinary or methodological commitment, besides that of developing the science and practice of organization design. In my experience, it is also a community that does something quite rare to see in such a sustained form – provide a platform for researcher and practitioners to exchange ideas about a topic of common interest.

I'd also appreciate it if you could bring ODC to the notice of early stage researchers and professionals as well as doctoral students who will find ODC membership beneficial to help them develop their career in the field, as well as enhance their skills. To know more and join, please write to orgdesigncomm@gmail.com.
