We are delighted to share the first issue of
with you. The issue features a collection of thought-provoking and well-crafted articles on a range of organization theory topics.
is the new EGOS journal that aims to publish the best theory work in the field across subjects, paradigms, and different styles of theorizing. The first issue showcases this aim with a diverse set of articles, but with each advancing our thinking and opening up new ways of understanding and studying organizations and processes of organizing.
