Organization and Management Theory OMT

We on the OMT Executive Board are very pleased to announce the 2025 OMT Division Travel Awards Program. 

The Academy of Management has allocated each division $8,500 to be used for travel awards. The OMT Division will distribute 17 travel awards of $500 each. These funds will be paid by AOM directly to the recipient. No receipts or reimbursements will be required.

Priority will be given to: student members; members based at institutions in the Global South; members attending an OMT sponsored consortium (e.g., DSC, GRC, JFC, NYFY); members at institutions with limited research support (e.g., non-R1 schools); members attending AOM for the first time. Those who meet multiple criteria will be given higher priority. To be eligible for support, you must be a current member of AOM and OMT. If your application is incomplete or inaccurate, it may not be considered.
