Organization and Management Theory OMT

The goal is for the global qualitative community to come together around a shared experience and share insights. This year we are going to have two panels. The first is focused on how we might (or might not) use AI for qualitative research. The second is focused on investigating new themes in qualitative research. We are going to have a plenary by Tammar Zilber, who is going to share insights from the forthcoming special issue in Organization Studies in qualitative methods and her experiences as being a qualitative editor at Academy of Management Journal.
