    Posted 2 days ago

This is the 11th year that the IM Division has organized the Paper Development Consortium (PDC) at the AOM Annual Meeting. This PDC aims to provide junior scholars with developmental and constructive feedback from a panel of seasoned and current editors at top tier management and international management journals on crafting and publishing international management research. This PDC will start with a panel discussion on how researchers can successfully publish socially relevant research in our top journals. By socially relevant, we refer to topics that seek to address the social, political, and economic challenges we have confronted globally over the past few years. The panel will be followed by a roundtable session in which each participant will receive feedback on their paper from designated panel members and other participants. The PDC will take place on Saturday, July 26, 2025.
