We are excited to announce the Professional Development Workshop (ID # 13096) titled "Organizational Purpose and Values: New and Emerging Voices," which will take place during the Academy of Management Annual Meeting 2025 in Copenhagen.

🌟Objective: This workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore the relationship between organizational purpose and values from various perspectives, highlighting innovative contributions from dedicated emerging and junior scholars in this field. A primary goal of this PDW is to provide feedback and support to doctoral students and early-career researchers engaged in this area of study.
📝 PDW Format: The PDW will feature a panel session (everyone is welcome!) and a feedback session, during which selected research projects by junior scholars (doctoral students and early-career scholars) will receive detailed feedback.
🔍 Opportunity! If you are a junior scholar or a doctoral student working on a research project related to organizational purpose, we invite you to submit a brief extended abstract (maximum five pages, double-spaced, excluding references, tables, and figures). The deadline for submission is June 13th. The extended abstract should be sent as an attachment via email to Luca Manelli (email: luca.manelli@polimi.it) and Ricardo Flores (email: ricardoflores@uvic.ca), with the email subject "Purpose PDW". While we encourage empirical projects, theoretical projects will also receive full consideration. Notification of acceptance will be emailed in late June.
