    Are you investigating how organizations respond to climate change? Looking to connect with like-minded scholars and gain developmental feedback on your work?

    Join us at the AOM 2025 Professional Development Workshop (PDW) on Organizational Response to Climate Change: Advancing Research and Impact.

    This interactive workshop will feature expert panel discussions, dynamic Q&A sessions, and small-group research roundtables where you can discuss your work-in-progress with other scholars in the field

    Part I: Sharing Insights (Panelists: Martina Linnenluecke, Professor, UTS Business School; Jonatan Pinkse, Professor, King's College London; Peter Tashman, Associate Professor, University of Massachusetts Lowell; Sally Russell, Professor, University of Leeds; Kerrigan Unter, Postdoctoral Researcher, University of St. Gallen)

    Part II: Table discussion (smaller group discussion based on insights from the panel)

    Part III (registration required): Developing research ideas (participants will discuss their research ideas and obstacles in small groups, facilitated by the panelists and organizers) - Register (via this form) by May 15th
