We cordially invite you to our "HR and Employment Workshop: Giving Employees Voice in HR Analytics and AI-assisted HRM" on Thursday, 15 May 2025 at our beautiful WU campus in Vienna.

The workshop aims to bridge the gap between research and practice by bringing together academics and practitioners, trade unionists, and politicians in the field of HRM as well as employment relations. We want to create opportunities to connect with other experts in the field of HRM and employment relations, to gain insights into current research and to share best practices.

The workshop will focus on three main themes:

Transformation of HRM and the (HR) profession

Evolution of the workplace and work

                Contextual HRM and employment relations

Please read our full call for papers and project presentations.

Academic submissions should include an abstract of 2,000 words max.

The deadline for abstract submissions is 16th March, 2025.
