The Department of Management within the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University is seeking to add a new tenure-stream faculty member beginning in August 2025 in Organizational Behavior. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in a relevant area of scholarship (e.g., organizational behavior, industrial and organizational psychology, human resource management). Preference will be given to applicants who have demonstrated the ability to publish high quality research in top-tier management and applied psychology journals. Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior (e.g., leadership, teams, negotiations, diversity).

We are seeking candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of our current group of organizational behavior and human resource management faculty (Dorothy Carter, Nick Hays, John Hollenbeck, Russell Johnson, Ji Kim, Frederick Morgeson, Quinetta Roberson, Brent Scott, John Wagner, Christy Zhou Koval) and our strategic management faculty (Dylan Boynton, Shelby Gai, Gerry McNamara, Kent Miller, Libby Weber) through their research, teaching, and service.
