    Dear OMT Division Colleagues,

Following requests, the paper submission deadline for the Twelfth International Conference on Emotions and Organisational Life (Emonet XII) has now been extended to Monday, 13 April, 2020! So there is still time to visit the Emonet site to view the Call for Papers and to submit your best work!

In view of current travel and crowd restrictions, there is a possibility that we will be unable to run the Emonet conference in Lancaster as planned.  We are still accepting papers, however, as they will still be reviewed and considered for inclusion in the forthcoming volumes of Research on Emotion in Organizations (Volumes 17 and 18).  If we are not able to run the physical conference, then we will provide a medium for accepted paper authors to upload their presentations for viewing on a "virtual" conference site.

As advised earlier, we are still in need of reviewers.  Thanks to everyone who has already signed up to review papers, but we still need more reviewers if we are to ensure that each submitted paper received at least three reviewers and no reviewer has to deal with too many papers.

The reviewing period is very tight, however. After a brief reviewers' paper bidding period, we will complete assigning submissions to reviewers and send them out accordingly. We will also be asking you to return your reviews shortly after, thus allowing us to send out our decisions as soon as possible. If you volunteer to review, please make sure that your schedule is adjusted to take account of this work.

If you would like to volunteer to review for this conference, please advise by sending an e-mail to me (a.y.l.teh@lancaster.ac.uk) as soon as you can.

We look forward to hearing from you – the more reviewers, the lighter the load for everyone.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at a.y.l.teh@lancaster.ac.uk.

    Kind regards,
    Audrey Teh
    Emonet XII Conference Coordinator
