Session Overview
This PDW will highlight how scholars can address key decisions throughout the qualitative research process. By drawing from the expertise of researchers who exemplify skill in qualitative research, this session will address a broad set of interconnected questions that paint a picture of the qualitative research process as a whole. A set of five brief presentations will move chronologically through the main decisions that qualitative scholars must address. In addition to the presentations, this PDW will allow attendees to discuss their own "critical questions" with other qualitative researchers in a highly interactive format via breakout rooms. Through the (1) presentations, (2) interactive discussions, and (3) panel Q&A, this PDW will provide opportunities for scholars to share their ideas and experiences with one another in order to make tangible progress on their own research.
