EGOS 2021 Subtheme 65: Routine Dynamics: Relating Micro-actions and Organizational Outcomes

Dear colleagues & friends in the field of management and organization studies,

We are happy to announce our sub-theme Sub-theme 65: Routine Dynamics: Relating Micro-actions and Organizational Outcomes at the 37th EGOS Colloquium scheduled for July 8-10, 2021 in Amsterdam.

Our sub-theme aims to unite practice-based scholars, including those studying strategy, collaboration, innovation, technology, and institutions to debate how we can connect micro-actions to macro or aggregate outcomes, while striving for both rigor and relevance in our research. We thus invite scholars to ‘look further’ – in the spirit of the ‘inclusivity’ 2021 EGOS theme – and reach across debates in adjacent fields of practice-based research in organization studies.

You can find the call for papers at https://www.egosnet.org/jart/prj3/egos/main.jart?rel=de&reserve-mode=active&content-id=1566433211083&subtheme_id=1572117598011.

Deadline for submitting a short paper of up to 3,000 words is Tuesday, January 12, 2021, 23:59:59 CET.
