    The Strategy and Management Group at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College seeks to fill one or two tenure-track positions in organizational behavior and organization theory. One or two appointments are open at the rank of Assistant Professor.     Chartered in 1761, the town of Hanover is a charming New England town that boasts sophisticated educational and cultural resources. Residents enjoy a first-rate public school system and an award-winning teaching hospital, among other amenities. Recreational opportunities are abundant all year round. Hanover is located in the scenic Upper Valley of the Connecticut River, two hours from Boston, three hours from Montreal, and a short flight from New York City.

    Applicants must have a Ph.D. or be near completion of a doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Management or a related field, and the Ph.D. must be completed before the appointment begins. We will consider lateral candidates as well as those completing the Ph.D. or holding a post-doctoral position. We seek candidates who will produce research of excellent quality that will have high impact on the fields of organizational behavior or organization theory. Candidates should be able to teach MBA students at a level of quality consistent with Tuck's high standards.
