The Strategy and Management Group at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College seeks to fill one or two tenure-track positions in organizational behavior and organization theory. One or two appointments are open at the rank of Assistant Professor. To ensure full consideration, candidates should submit all materials by September 1, 2022.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. or be near completion of a doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Management or a related field, and the Ph.D. must be completed before the appointment begins. We will consider lateral candidates as well as those completing the Ph.D. or holding a post-doctoral position. We seek candidates who will produce research of excellent quality that will have high impact on the fields of organizational behavior or organization theory. Candidates should be able to teach MBA students at a level of quality consistent with Tuck's high standards.
