The Strategy and Management Group at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College seeks to fill one or two tenure-track positions in organizational behavior and organization theory. One or two appointments are open at the rank of Associate Professor (untenured or tenured) or Full Professor. Review of applications will begin on September 1, 2022 and continue until the position is filled.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Management or a related field. We seek candidates who will produce research of excellent quality that will have high impact on the fields of organizational behavior or organization theory. Candidates should be able to teach MBA students at a level of quality consistent with Tuck's high standards.
