If your interests revolve around the world of organizations, consider joining the Organization and Management Theory (OMT) Division of the Academy of Management! OMT is a global community of scholars (almost 4000 members!) who build and test theory about organizations, their management and organizing processes, intra-organizational relations, organization-environment relations, and the role of organizations in society. We aspire to advance robust theoretical understanding of organizations, organizing, and management. 

Joining OMT is easy:

• If you are not already an AOM member, join the Academy of Management. When joining, be sure to select Organization & Management Theory (OMT) in your Divisions and Interest Group selections.
• If you already are a member (or your membership has lapsed) and have not yet chosen our group, you can add OMT for $11.00 now or the next time you renew your membership online.
