    The Department of Communication at the <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Colorado</st1:placename> at <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Boulder</st1:place></st1:city> invites applications for a position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. We welcome candidates whose teaching and research interests complement and extend our existing strengths in organizational communication. We seek a colleague who shares our commitment to engaged scholarship and problem-centered research. Ideally, the candidate will have a research program centrally concerned with issues of inclusion, diversity, and organizing; for example, gender, race, class, globalization, and work-life. We will also consider applicants with other specializations.

    Teaching responsibilities will include courses in organizational communication, along with the opportunity to develop courses in the candidate's area of specialization. More information about the Department is available at http://comm.colorado.edu.
