Assistant or Associate Professor in Organization Studies
Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) invites applications for the position of Assistant (tenure-track) or Associate (tenured) Professor within the Department of People, Organizations and Society. Candidates are expected to have a strong research focus in the field of organization theory, and the corresponding publication track record. GEM is a research-oriented, AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA accredited French business school with a strong focus on innovation. The GEM faculty has a strong commitment to high quality and meaningful research and teaching. Grenoble, nested in the French Alps, is a very international city and one of the biggest European clusters for nano and biotechnology, energy, microelectronics, and information technology research. It offers a vibrant intellectual life in the heart of the French Alps.
Profile
Candidates must hold a doctoral degree (ABD considered) and have prior publication experience in the field of management and organization studies. GEM will give priority to applicants with at least one publication in a top-tier journal. Candidates will be expected to teach organization theory, organizational behavior or human resources management at the bachelor, master or doctoral levels, and to take an active role in the development of GEM's research teams (http://www.grenoble-em.com/682-research-2.aspx),.
