Organization and Management Theory OMT

We invite you to submit extended abstracts to the second Reshaping Work in the Platform Economy conference, which will take place on the 25^th and 26^th of October in Amsterdam. Reshaping Work is a conference that brings together academics, business leaders, policy makers, labor union representatives and platform workers to discuss jointly the most prominent issues in the platform economy. The conference is an interdisciplinary two-day event that hosts high quality research with impact, but also interactive formats that give all stakeholders a voice, from round tables where attendees are asked to think-like a policy maker, entrepreneur, or a 'gig worker' to sessions where 'gig workers' get to ask questions to platforms they work for.
