    Dear colleagues,


    I posted some time ago to this list that Henrich Greve, Tim Rowley and myself recently published a book "Network Advantage: How to Unlock Value from Your Alliances and Partnerships".


    After I taught this book to an audience of Exec Ed participants at INSEAD, we co-created a new tool "ALLIANCE RADAR" to teach the concept of alliance portfolios.
