PAPERS, SYMPOSIA, AND WORKSHOPS
You are invited to submit a 1700–2000 word (about 4 double spaced typed pages) summary of your paper and/or proposal for a symposium(s) for review. Please send it as an attached file in Word 2003 to one of the Track Chairs with a copy to the Conference President. Each submission should include: title page (separate) with name, affiliation, phone, fax, and email of each author. Papers must be prepared strictly according to the 2001 Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association and should not exceed 35 pages. Symposium proposals must include a statement of objectives and a two-page summary of each presentation.
SUBMISSION AND REVIEW PROCEDURES
Submissions must be RECEIVED by February 15th, 2006 A double-blind review process will evaluate all submissions. Papers should not have been presented or published elsewhere prior to the conference.
PROGRAM ORGANIZATION
The meeting will be organized around seven tracks and will feature competitive and invited paper sessions, symposia, and workshops designed to share ideas and research findings. Innovative sessions are encouraged, as are research and theory targeted toward practitioners.
PUBLICATIONS
Abstracts of papers, symposia, and workshops presented at the conference will be included in the Proceedings. Selected papers will be included in Current Topics in Management, Vol. 11 or the International Journal of Organizational Analysis. If you want your paper to be considered for publication in CTM or IJOA, please send it as an attached file Word with a cover letter to the President.

Writers' Workshop
(8:00 AM−1:00 PM, July 19, 2006)
There will be a Writers' Workshops to help faculty write papers for publication in scholarly journals and in the ICAM Series-Current Topics in Management.
1. Phase 1: Formulation of hypotheses and creative ways to improve measures of variables that are free from common method variance and social desirability responding.
2. Phase 2: Data analysis with SPSS–PC (Exploratory factor analysis, Pearson correlations, Cronbach alpha, & Regression analysis)
3. Phase 3: Data analysis with SPSS–PC & LISREL (Hierarchical regression analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis, & Structural equations models)
If you want to attend these workshops, you will be required to pre-register for them and bring your laptop with SPSS 13 and LISREL 8.71 and the data file and questionnaires that you receive from us. (There will be no walk-in registration for the workshops.) We will use PowerPoint presentations to show step-by-step analysis of our data and results. We will also show you how to report results in your paper that you want to submit to a scholarly journal for review.
Although Writers' Workshops are for the doctoral students, new faculty, and consultants, these workshops will be very useful for senior scholars. We will be glad to issue you a Certificate for successful participation in the workshops and write to your Dean or Supervisor about the new skills that you will acquire.

The International Journal of Organizational Analysis
The IJOA is a quarterly journal that publishes original theoretical and empirical articles dealing with national and international issues on business and society, organization theory, strategic management, organizational behavior, and human resource management. It also publishes case studies, research notes, simulations, teaching notes, and books reviews.
Manuscripts for the IJOA must be prepared according to the latest edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association and will be reviewed by double-blind review process.
