We invite scholars to submit papers related to organizational behavior conceived in a wide sense, i.e.:
adopting different theoretical lenses.

The OB SIG welcomes papers (work-in-progress or finished research) from scholars from diverse disciplinary backgrounds eager to contribute to the development of an inter-disciplinary research agenda to investigate the characteristics, scope and socio-economic features of different organizational behaviour issues in different social, cultural, political and economic environments.
All the papers will undergo a double blind review process and accepted papers will be distributed among conference participants.

Notification of acceptance: From 26th March 2013
Deadline for author's registration/early bird fee: 23rd April 2013
