The Human Resources Management / Organizational Behaviour Department at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University, in Toronto invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor. The position will commence July 1, 2018. This position is subject to final budgetary approval.
Applicants will possess or be near completion (with a defense date set) of a PhD in Organizational Behaviour or a closely related field. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to contribute to both our AACSB-accredited undergraduate (BComm) and graduate (MBA/MScM) programs. Candidates should demonstrate research potential (e.g., evidence of an emerging scholarly record, ability to establish and maintain an independent, externally funded research program), evidence of high-quality teaching and a capacity for collaboration and collegial service. Candidates must have a demonstrated commitment to upholding the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion as it pertains to service, teaching, and scholarly, research or creative activities.
