Grade 7: Salary in the range £31,604 – £33,518 p.a.

Applications are invited for the position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Saïd Business School. Based within the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation (CCR), this postdoctoral research fellowship will be in "Organisational Boundaries and Reputation". Working closely with members of the School's faculty, particularly Professor Tom Lawrence, and the CCR, the Postdoctoral Research Fellow will examine how individuals and organisations manage the changing boundaries of organisations and the reputational issues that arise from these activities.
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will conduct academic research under the direction of Professor Tom Lawrence and have responsibility for key research activities such as (but not limited to) gathering and cleaning data, analysing data using appropriate quantitative methods, writing academic papers, presenting research findings to academic and practitioner audiences, and handling day-to-day research project management tasks.
The successful candidates will hold or be close to completion of a Doctoral degree (DPhil, PhD) in a discipline relevant to the Centre. These include, but are not limited to, Management, Strategy, Organisation Theory, Sociology, History, and International Business. The postholder will also have the ability to engage with and contribute to the core literature(s) on organisation theory, organisational boundaries, boundary work, institutional work, and organisational reputation.
