    Dear colleagues,

    Apologies for any cross-posting.

    We are currently gathering primary studies to be included in a meta-analysis on individual's and team's external/cross-cutting ties/relationships and corresponding individual and collective outcomes. 

    If you are aware of any unpublished studies, theses, dissertations, and conference presentations that include data on correlates of external/cross-cutting ties/relationships (individual's, team's, board member's, etc), please let us know. 

    Please email them to ningxu@buffalo.edu. If your studies meet our inclusion criteria, they will be included and cited in our paper.
