Dear all,
Despite the growing debate in organisation studies on precarious work and its social consequences, we still lag behind in one aspect: its health consequences.
The lack of welfare related to self-employment, the shift of responsibility from society to individuals and the 'unintended' consequences of flexibility, all take a toll on the wellbeing of precarious workers.
Whereas this has not gone unnoticed in health studies, management scholars would benefit from a wider debate on the topic.
For this reason Saralara Marquez-Gallardo, Sabah Boufkhed and I invite you to join us at the CMS conference and to submit a 1000-words abstract on the topic by January 31st! Submissions are to be send via mail to us (email address to be found in the link below)
Feel free to contact any of us if you need further information!
Looking forward to reading your submissions,
Best Regards,
Alessandro N., Saralara & Sabah
