Developing a Research Program that Includes Sexual Minority Workplace Issues: A PDW for Scholars at Every Career Stage
Saturday, August 4, 2012
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Boston Park Plaza, Cabot Room
Description: Management research on sexual minorities, while perhaps under-investigated, has gained attention in recent years. Increasingly, management scholars are focusing on research topics related to sexual orientation and gender identity or are including related topics in their research programs. The purpose of this professional development workshop is to provide a structured forum for scholars at every career stage to receive career-related support and guidance from other scholars who have successful research programs that include these topics. The PDW will help participants to develop visions for their research programs, as well as specific goals to achieve those visions.
