    Title: Human Interaction Dynamics (HID): Developing a Complexity Research Agenda

    Description:

    There is an increasing recognition that the link between individual action and organizational processes and outcomes needs to be better understood. At the same time, cross-level research presents unique challenges to traditional methods. Complexity science offers a framework and provides the prospect for new methods that show promise. A research agenda in this area will be developed at this caucus.

    Be advised that the AoM acronym in the subject line of OMT is that of the Association of Management (AoM) and not that of the Academy (AOM).
    Mistakes do occur, and this is perhaps one. The incorrect usage causes confusion with members of both associations. We would not like to have
    these occur and ask you to take care in future postings. In the meantime AoM wishes you tremendous success in your scheduled caucus. The topic is of much interest.
