    Dear all,

    Can anyone please guide me on how I can get a conditional acceptance to work as a Fulbright Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the USA for two years? I have been writing to scholars in my field and I am yet to get an acceptance. In the meanwhile, my application for the fellowship from India has been shortlisted and I have been called for an interview next month. If selected, I start from September 2014. 

    I am looking for a colleague from USA who is open to taking me as a postdoc fellow to work further on tensions underlying an organization's attempt to realize ambidexterity. The possibility is contingent upon my being selected.
