    Posting title: Assistant Professor – Organizational Behaviour and Human
    Resource Management

    The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto invites
    applications from qualified individuals with established excellent research
    and teaching for a full-time appointment in Organizational Behaviour and
    Human Resource Management (OB/HRM). This tenure-stream appointment will be
    at the rank of Assistant Professor and will commence July 1, 2014.

    Applicants for this position must have a Ph.D. in OB/HRM or a closely
    related discipline by the date of appointment or shortly thereafter or be
    currently appointed as Assistant Professors in OB/HRM or closely related
    disciplines and already have a Ph.D. We are interested in individuals with
    excellent research skills and the ability to become an excellent MBA
    instructor.

    Salaries are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and
    experience. Evidence of excellence in teaching and research is required.
