    Posting title: Associate / Full Professor – Organizational Behaviour and

    Human Resource Management



    The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto invites

    applications from qualified individuals with established excellent research

    and teaching for a full-time tenure-stream/tenured appointment in

    Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (OB/HRM). The

    appointment will be at the rank of Associate or Full Professor and will

    commence July 1, 2014.



    Applicants for this position must have a Ph.D. in OB/HRM or a closely

    related discipline and must have an emerging or developed scholarly

    reputation. We are interested in individuals with excellent research skills

    and demonstrated excellence as an MBA instructor.



    Salaries are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and

    experience. Evidence of excellence in teaching and research is required.
