Message from the Editor
Dear JOM Community, We are happy to present our last issue of 2014. The issue is packed with hard-hitting papers on topics such as politics, justice, organizational ambidexterity, self-employment, trust within entrepreneurship, and the effects of CEO newness. As we look toward 2015, there are several items to keep on your radar. The first is the January Review Issue, which is also JOM's 40th Birthday Issue (with a couple of fun surprises). The February issue is our much anticipated Special Issue on Bayesian Probability and Statistics in Management Research (clickhere for a sneak peek). March will be Incoming Editor Pat Wright's first official issue, marked by our traditional change of cover colors. Please join us for these exciting few months.
Happy Reading--and Happy Holidays,
