The Organizational Behavior Department at Boston University is now accepting applications for a professor, at the Associate or Full Tenured level, for the 2015-2016 academic year, contingent upon Provost approval. Successful candidates will have an exemplary record of research and teaching in organizational behavior, and maintain an active research presence in the field. The Organizational Behavior Department at Boston University addresses fundamental questions about the practice of management. We conduct research that has real-world impact, as well as intellectual sophistication. We teach topics with long-term significance as well as immediate importance. At Boston University, we believe that Organizational Behavior research should both improve managerial effectiveness and benefit workers, customers, society, and other parties that affect or are affected by the organization.
