Academy of Management OMT Division 2016 Q&A

Q:  Does OMT have enough reviewers already?

A:  Definitely not. We currently have only 48% of the reviewers we will need to build the OMT program successfully. So we need your help spreading the word to encourage reviewers to sign-up!
Sign-up now (pretty please!) if you haven't yet: http://review.aom.org

Q:  Can I still submit to the OMT division?

A:  Yes!!! You can submit your work as soon as it is ready here: http://submission.aom.org
Be sure to submit before the January 12th deadline of 5PM (New York time). The submission system can get pretty overloaded as the deadline approaches. So please submit as soon as you are ready!

Q:  Can I review for OMT even if I'm not sure I'm attending Academy this year?

A:  Of course!!!! Even if you are not planning on attending the conference, you can sign-up to review right now at:
    http://review.aom.org

Q:  Can early career graduate students and junior faculty in other fields I know sign-up to review even if they are not members of OMT yet?

A:  Yes, we encourage all newer scholars to sign-up and start to experience the review process. Help us reach 100% by introducing us to new reviewers! Please forward this e-mail along to any graduate students and junior faculty you know and let them know to sign up now at: http://review.aom.org

If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me at
omt@sauder.ubc.ca. I look forward to your participation in building the OMT program and hopefully seeing you in California to welcome you at an OMT event!

    Thank you,
    Marc-David
