Grenoble Ecole de Management invites applications for two full-time positions in Organization Studies and/or HRM at the associate or assistant professor level (starting date September 2016).

The People, Organizations and Society Department invites applications for a position at the assistant or associate professor level with a starting date of September 2016 latest. Preference will be given to candidates with research relevant to the research groups "Alternative Forms of Markets and Organizations (AFMO) and/or "Work-Life Careers (WLC).
Candidates will be expected to contribute to a dynamic research culture and will teach mostly graduate and post-graduate courses in areas related to organization theory and organizational behavior.
Successful candidates should demonstrate their commitment and ability to conduct excellent academic research with the objective of publishing in top-ranked journals (more senior candidates should have an established international research record and network, junior candidates the potential to develop a top-level research agenda). Candidates should also demonstrate their ability to teach successfully for various levels and audiences and their willingness to be involved in the institution. A good working knowledge of the French language would be a strong asset.
