Dear all,
As of next year I will be teaching a Global Strategic Management Course in a Master in Management degree and am looking for suggestions for contemporary, critical strategy textbooks that adopt a process perspective to strategy, as I am not happy with the current textbook being used – Barney & Hesterly's Strategic Management and Competitive Advantage – which from my perspective approaches the field of strategy univocally from a mainstream positivist perspective. I am looking for more balanced perspectives that present not only highly planned and rationalist approaches to strategy, but also practice approaches and processual approaches.
Any recommendations will be very welcome!
Many thanks!
Alain
