    Post-Doctoral Position in Entrepreneurship/Organizational Theory

     

    The Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise (EFE) area at INSEAD seeks applications from scholars with expertise in entrepreneurship, strategic management, or organization theory for a postdoctoral position, starting on September 1, 2018.

     

    The postdoctoral fellow will have residence in one or more of our campus locations during the period of the fellowship, be provided a stipend and research budget, and will be invited to join in the ongoing research of faculty, audit courses, and participate in the area seminars and workshops. 

     

     

    This is a one-year position, renewable for one additional year contingent on academic achievement. Detailed information about the EFE faculty interests and achievements at can be found at https://www.insead.edu/faculty-research/academic-areas/entrepreneurship-family-enterprise.

     

    We are especially interested in candidates whose research interests have some overlap with those of our current faculty in terms of theoretical or methodological approaches. Prior teaching experience in entrepreneurship, organizational theory, or related disciplines is desirable, but not required. The possibility of applying for a tenure-track position at INSEAD upon completion of the post-doctoral fellowship remains open.

     

    Qualifications:

    Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in entrepreneurship, organizational theory, strategy, organizational behavior, or a related social science discipline (e.g., sociology) prior to the beginning the fellowship, and should have a research, rather than a clinical focus. 

    A summary description of the applicant's methodological skills should be included.
