    Dear Colleagues, 

    Along with my co-authors, Hannah Rothstein and Florencio Portocarrero, I am conducting a meta-analysis that examines individual differences as predictors of organizational change attitudes and work-related outcomes. To complete this project, we are looking for unpublished studies that measure individual differences and change attitudes and/or outcomes. To be included, the following criteria should be met: 
    1. The study must have been measured during or immediately after an organizational change has taken place (e.g., restructure/ re-organization, crisis, merger/acquisition, new leadership, downsizing, etc.)  
    2. The study must contain some quantitative measure of an individual difference variable including, but not limited to the Five Factor Model, Psychological Capital and/or its dimensions (Hope, Self-Efficacy, Optimism, and Resilience), Core Self-Evaluations and/or its dimensions (Locus of Control, Neuroticism, Self-efficacy, and Self-esteem), dispositional Resistance to Change, Mindfulness, Need for Control, Tolerance for Ambiguity, Risk Aversion, etc.)
    3. The study must contain some quantitative measure of a change attitude or work outcome, including but not limited to: commitment to change, resistance to change, readiness for change, positive/negative affect toward change, change uncertainty, change cynicism, change coping, organizational commitment, turnover intentions, actual turnover, job satisfaction, performance, etc. 
    4. Either the effect size must be reported or calculable from data provided (e.g., a correlation or other similar statistic representing the relationship between two variables).
