    The University of British Columbia - Sauder School of Business.
    Applications are invited for a tenure-track faculty position in the
    Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Division (OBHR) at a rank to
    be determined depending on the qualifications of the candidate. The OBHR
    division is composed of faculty with specialties in micro and macro
    organizational behaviour, human resources, and industrial relations that
    come from a variety of disciplinary backgrounds. Applicants from all
    disciplinary backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

    Appointment is available July 1, 2007 and is subject to final budgetary
    approval. In addition to focusing on one of the division's specialties the
    applicant should have an interest in conducting research on business
    families and be interested in having regular interaction with the Business
    Families Centre (http://www.sauder.ubc.ca/bfc/). The Business Families
    Centre offers many research opportunities through its strong connections
    to Western business families and professional advisors.

    Other required qualifications include a strong commitment to teaching, a
    very strong research orientation and an ability to supervise doctoral
    candidates. As a minimum, applicants must be nearing completion of their
    PhD dissertation. Salary will be commensurate with the applicant's
    qualifications and experience. UBC hires on the basis of merit and is
