    POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT:  The National <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Singapore</st1:placename> (NUS) <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Business</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">School</st1:placetype></st1:place>, Department of Management and Organisation.

    The National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions in the Department of Management & Organisation.     We are looking for exceptional scholars who want to work with a diverse and multidisciplinary faculty. Faculty members have research interests in a broad set of issues, including both micro-topics (leadership, mentoring, organizational justice, job attitudes and emotions, organizational trust, citizenship behavior and workplace deviance, work-family relations, negotiation and decision making) and more macro-topics (entrepreneurship, innovation, industry emergence, business groups, organizational ecology, and social networks). Recent work from our group has been published in such journals as Administrative Science Quarterly, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management Journal</st1:placename></st1:place>, Journal of Applied Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, and Organization Science.

    The rank, research, and teaching interests are open and visiting appointments for periods of 6 months to 2 years will also be considered. Salary is competitive with North American schools. In addition, a relocation allowance, subsidized accommodation, leave for vacation, research, and consulting are also provided.

    Applicants for an Assistant Professor position must possess a PhD from a recognized university and have outstanding research potential, as indicated by top-tier journal publications and work in progress. In addition to research capability, applicants should also have a strong interest and competence in teaching. The NUS <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Business</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">School</st1:placetype></st1:place> offers MBA, doctoral, undergraduate, and executive programs.
