Colleagues,
As many of you know, I compile and manage the BPS Teaching Toolkit. Some the most used additions of late have been the streaming video clips that are provided free through Cornell (http://e-clips.cornell.edu/) and Stanford (http://edcorner.stanford.edu/index.shtml) – you have to register but can download them and use them in class. They cover topics in strategy, to entrepreneurship, to international, to leadership. The broader set of links can be found at:

So what does this have to do with H&F's strategy diamond. Well, in further experimenting with streaming video we've arranged a live web-cast interview with SNOCAP's CEO that is framed using H&F's five-diamond framework (SNOCAP was founded by the guy who founded Napster, and SNOCAP just entered into an alliance with MySpace).
Whether you use a strategy text in your class or not, I know that many of you refer to this framework in your courses (its in my strategy text and that's how we talked Prentice-Hall into paying for this webcast). Here is the speil for you and your students. Hope you can tune in with us. mc
Take your students inside the mind of a leader in one of the most dynamic industries of their generation-the music industry. On October 20th, your class is invited to participate in a live, interactive webcast featuring Rusty Rueff, CEO of SNOCAP, a major new player in the rapidly evolving world of digital music (from the founder of Napster).
