*Senior Position (Associate or Full Professor) *
The Organization Studies department of the Carroll School of Management
at Boston College invites applications from qualified individuals for a
full-time tenure track senior faculty position in Organization Studies
to begin September, 2007.
Candidates must have a PhD in Organization Studies or a related field
and must be at the associate or full professor level. They must have a
proven record of top tier scholarly publications, and must also
demonstrate competence at teaching.
The Organization Studies department at Boston College is a vibrant
intellectual community of 12 full time faculty offering MBA and
undergraduate concentrations as well as a Ph.D. program.The department
is affiliated with three independent centers: The Winston Center for
Leadership and Ethics, The Center for Corporate Citizenship, and The
Center for Work and Family.The Carroll School of Management is
consistently ranked in the top 50 business schools nationally and
internationally in terms of its undergraduate and graduate programs. It
also hosts the Chief Executives Club of Boston, which is consistently
named the nation's No. 1 CEO speaking forum.
