    Dear colleagues,

as a phd-student of the European Business School (Oestrich-Winkel,
Germany) I'm conducting a systematic review on the effect of top
management team diversity on innovation. In addition to published
studies, I would like to integrate results of unpublished empirical
studies (working papers, conference papers, dissertation papers etc.).

I am interested in any type of TMT diversity (heterogeneity in regards
to functional background, tenure, age, gender, industry experience,
    cognitions, thinking styles etc.).

I?d like to incorporate studies which focus on organizational
innovation respectively on variables which correlate with
innovativeness (e.g. number of new product developments, R&D
expenditures, foreign expansion, corporate strategic change, strategic
reorientation, entry into new industries and business segments).

If you have any unpublished empirical studies on top management team
diversity and innovation and are willing to share them, please send them to
    me: vera.stolarski@ebs-siie.de

    Kind regards

    Vera Stolarski
