The Department of Health Policy and Administration (HPA) at The Pennsylvania State University invites applicants for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. We seek a colleague with expertise in health care organizations or management.
Applicants should possess a doctoral degree with a research focus on theoretical and practical applications in health care organizations and settings. Experience working in or conducting research with health care organizations is desired. Applicants should also have the ability to conduct research in a multi-disciplinary setting and show potential for securing funding for and establishing professional prominence. Successful applicants will join a multidisciplinary faculty and will be expected to conduct research, teach, and advise students in doctoral, masters and/or bachelors degree programs. A candidate must have completed all the requirements for the doctoral degree when employed.
