Organization and Management Theory OMT

Dear colleagues,

I am a Phd student at <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">European Business School</st1:city>, <st1:country-region w:st="on">Germany</st1:country-region></st1:place>. Within my thesis I'm conducting a comprehensive meta-analysis of the empirical literature on top management team (TMT) diversity and innovation. In addition to published studies, I would like to integrate results of unpublished empirical studies (working papers, etc.), which provide quantitative data on both variables and obtain a correlation-coefficient between the variables.  

I define TMT diversity according to Simons, Pelled, and Smith (1999) as the extent to which a top management team is heterogeneous with respect to members' demographics or cognitions. Therefore, I am interested in any type of TMT diversity, including heterogeneity in regards to functional background, tenure, age, gender, industry experience, cognitions etc.  

I'd like to incorporate studies which focus on innovation respectively on variables which strongly correlate with innovation (e.g. number of new product developments, R&D expenditures, innovativeness measured via questionnaires, foreign expansion, corporate strategic change, strategic reorientation, entry into new industries and business segments).
